deloise is a company of one, meaning everything passes through Darcy's hands at every stage; from throwing, to glazing, firing and packaging your orders. Because of this work is released in a series of collections throughout the year, this ensures that your products are made to the highest quality and shipped when ordered so you can look forward to receiving them in your home soon after the order is placed.

Always feel welcome to reach out via email to ensure that what you are ordering is perfect for you, this is to reduce the chance of any disappointment when receiving handmade goods and limit our carbon footprint.

Privacy & Safety

Your personal information collected during a transaction (Name, email, postal address) is stored safely with only Darcy being able to access when reviewing and shipping your order. Unless you subscribe to the mailing list, this information is then deleted.

All monetary transactions are completed through third party banking.
