SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipping Policy
Currently we only ship products in the UK as the company is still finding it's feet however should you live outside of the UK please reach out via Instagram or email and if there is a demand for further shipping this will definitely be looked into sooner!

All orders placed are packaged and shipped as quickly and carefully as possible, with the aim to ship orders within 24 hours of them being placed.

Packages are sent via Royal Mail or a courier service and once shipped you will receive an email informing you that your lovely items are on their way.

Once the order is shipped deloise is not responsible for items going missing, you should provide a secure postal address when checking out. Packages will not be sent to communal addresses unless there is a secure place for it to be collected. Let’s make sure these pots land safely in your hands!
Return & Exchange Policy
deloise is a very small business and we ask that you make conscious decisions when placing an order to reduce the need to return an item. Should you be unsure of anything please reach out via email deloise.ceramics@gmail.com and we will be able to assist you in placing an order you are sure to love.

Should you need to return an item you will need to reach out via email within 7 days of receiving your order. From here you will be advised how to best package your item for a safe return.

If in the unfortunate event that your order arrives chipped or broken please reach out via email with images.
